What MJM is NOT liable for

Damage caused by open carrier; leaking fluids, battery acids, nicks, scratches, dents due to road conditions or hazards, cooling systems and antifreeze solutions industrial fallouts and fallouts resulting from acts of God.

Damage unable to detect due to auto's dirty condition.

Delivery on a guaranteed time of day.

Damage due to loss parts, radios, antennas, or special equipment when not listed on the bill of lading and/or when not properly secured.

Mechanical functions, undercarriage exhaust assembly,  emergency brakes, muffler, tailpipe, alignment, suspension or tuning of the engine.

Not responsible for spoilers, air dams or ground effects, etc.

NO PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE ALLOWED IN VEHICLE
